摘要
在模具石膏中掺入4mm的聚丙烯纤维对其进行改性,探究聚丙烯纤维对模具石膏的初终凝时间、抗折强度、吸水率的影响。通过SEM观察到当掺入0.04%(质量分数)聚丙烯纤维时,纤维与石膏基体结合紧密,模具石膏2h和干态抗折强度均达到最大。此时其2h抗折强度为2.3MPa,比未添加聚丙烯纤维时增加19.95%;其干态抗折强度为5.21MPa,比未添加聚丙烯纤维时增加15%,显著提高了模具石膏的强度;而凝结时间及吸水率变化不大。
The performances of setting time, flexural strength, water absorption of model-gypsum were studied by the addition of polypropylene fiber (4 ram). The crystal morphology was tested by SEM. The result shows that the combination of gypsum and fiber was intense at the ratio of 0. 04wt%. The 2 h and dry flexural strength of the model- gypsum increased significantly to the maximum. The strength were 2.3 MPa and 5.21 MPa which were increased by 19. 95% and 15% compared to the blank samples, respectively. The setting time and water absorption rate of the model-gypsum varied little.
