摘要
本文以当前本科导师制度面临的问题为出发点,重点探讨了导师定位问题、比率分配问题以及思想政治教育问题,并以此为依托,着重强调了这些问题的解决措施。
Abstract Starting from the problems of the current tutorial system for undergraduates, this paper focuses on the positioning, propor- tion and ideological and political education of tutors, and based on the above, details the solutions to the problems.
