美日产学研合作机制对广西地方高校研究生教育的启示

产学研合作教育的培养机制,是有效培养应用型创新人才的机制,同时也是我国高校研究生教育改革与发展的需要。产学研合作教育在美日两国已经取得了长足的发展。而广西地方高校产学研合作培养研究生还是近几年才发展起来,尚处于起步阶段,借鉴外国产学研合作的一些经验,去粗取精,有利于促进广西高校产学研联合培养研究生长效机制的建立。

Cooperation training mechanism is effective for innova- tive talents training, meanwhile it is also the demand of postgrad- uate education reform and development in Chinese universities and colleges. Since university-industry-research cooperation training has made great aclievements in America and Japan, es- pecially in relevant laws and regulations, financial support system and high-tech industrial park construction, which is really useful for postgraduates training model innovation in some regional uni- versities. As Guangxi local combined training of the postgraduate are lack of effective mechanisms and modes, so every co-partner should actively learn from America and Japan to establish a long-term mechanism for local university cooperation training postgraduate.
