高校廉政文化建设与德育关系研究

Research on the Relationship between the Construction of University Integrity Culture and Moral Education

高等院校是我国培育人才的主要场所,也是协助我国实现经济与科技技术发展壮大的主要力量。高校廉政文化建设主要载体就是高等院校,对象是内部人才,强调利用廉政教育这一手段为高校良性发展提供保障。伴随着我国社会主义市场经济的高速发展,社会腐败现象呈现出了发展蔓延的状态,对于腐败行为的遏制工作成为当务之急。从一定程度上来说,高校廉政文化建设能够阻碍高校内部腐败行为的滋生,从而优化学生德育教学的环境,能够更好地培养高质量的综合型人才。本文主要立足于高校廉政文化建设的现状展开讨论,并结合国内外相关文献深入探索高校廉政文化建设和德育教育之间的关系,为高校发展提供有价值的建议。

Abstract The university, as a major position for China＇s talent cultivation, is a principal force assisting the development and prosperity of China＇s economy and sci-tech. The main cartier for the construction of university integrity culture are colleges and u- niversities and the object is internal talents, and the means of in- tegrity education should be emphasized to ensure the benign de- velopment of universities. Along with the rapid development of China＇s socialist market economy, social corruption is expanding, so the containment of corruption is an urgent task. To some ex- tent, the construction of university integrity culture can prevent the generation of internal corruption of universities, so that the environment for students＇ moral education can be optimized, and comprehensive talents of higher quality can be better cultivated. Based on the current situation of the construction of university integrity culture, and combined with relevant literature, this paper deeply explores the relationship between the construction of uni- versity integrity culture and moral education, aiming to provide valuable suggestions for university development.
