陕西省高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的探讨

Exploration on the Construction of "Double Quality" Teacher Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges of Shaanxi Province

本文通过对陕西省高职院校"双师型"教师队伍的调查研究,从"双师型"教师的数量、结构、培训机制、激励机制、补充渠道等方面进行了分析,指出了存在的问题,提出了具体、可行的"双师型"教师队伍建设的措施。

Through a survey on ＂double-quality＂ teachers for higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province, this paper ana- lyzes the quantity, structure, training mechanism, incentive mechanism, supplementary approach of ＂double-quality＂teach- ers, points out the existing problems, and puts forward the con- crete and feasible measures for the construction of ＂dou- ble-quality＂ teachers.
