摘要
本文通过对陕西省高职院校"双师型"教师队伍的调查研究,从"双师型"教师的数量、结构、培训机制、激励机制、补充渠道等方面进行了分析,指出了存在的问题,提出了具体、可行的"双师型"教师队伍建设的措施。
Through a survey on "double-quality" teachers for higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province, this paper ana- lyzes the quantity, structure, training mechanism, incentive mechanism, supplementary approach of "double-quality"teach- ers, points out the existing problems, and puts forward the con- crete and feasible measures for the construction of "dou- ble-quality" teachers.
