高分子材料专业“卓越工程师”人才培养的几点举措

Several Acts for the Cultivation of "Excellent Engineers" Talents Majoring in Polymer Material

高校"卓越工程师"培养计划实施以来,取得了一定的成效,但更多的是在探索一条新的人才培养途径。本文结合常熟理工学院高分子材料专业"卓越工程师"的实际运行,就人才培养的顶层设计、实施保障和校企合作平台等方面,提出了几条切实可行的实施举措,供同行专家商榷指正。

Since the implementation of ＂excellent engineers＂ training plan, certain results have been received, but they are more of an exploration on a new way of talent cultivation. In this paper, based on the actual operation of ＂excellent engineers＂ ma- joring in polymer material in Changshu Institute of Technology, several feasible acts are put forward in the fields of the top-level design, personnel training support and unixersity-enterprise co- operation platform.
