摘要
语言应当回归真实世界,孤立的单词、句子、段落、语法现象没有确定的意义,应该在语境整体呈现过程中解决词汇问题,融词汇于语境之中。融英语词汇教学于语境中,提高词汇教学的有效性,有助于培养学生学习英语的兴趣,激发学习潜能;有助于培养学生灵活运用英语进行交际的能力,使教学效果得到显著提高。
Language should return to the real world. There is no definite significance of isolated word, sentence, paragraph and grammar. Vocabulary problems should be solved throughout the overall presentation of language. Vocabulary teaching in the con- text can also improve the teaching effectiveness and stimulate students' English learning interests and potential. Furthermore, vocabulary teaching in the context shall also help to build stu- dents' competence of using English to communicate flexibly and therefore improve teaching effects significantly.
