普通高中学生行为规范现状案例分析

A Case-based Analysis on the Current Situation of Students' Standard of Behavior in Common Senior High Schools

品德行为作为学生内隐道德价值观的重要外显形式,是我们在学校学生管理工作中的重要内容,而在学校工作中又更多是以行为规范为准则来进行学生相应的行为管理,但我们也不得不考虑现有的行为规范是否就能够适应于现在学生的现实实际,又是否能够在我们的学生行为管理中发挥它本应有的效用。本文从笔者所在的高中选取了这样一个案例作为对于现有普通高中学生品德行为现状的分析入口,以行为规范为思考的切入点,予以思考和反思,以期以此为现实基础能够对于此相关的普通高中学生行为规范的构建有所启迪。

Moral behavior, as an important explicit form of stu- dents＇ moral value, is an important content of student manage- ment work of a school. While in school work, we use standard of behavior to manage the behavior of students. But now we have to consider whether it can suit the reality and play the role which it should be. In this paper, a case from the writer＇s senior high school is chosen to be the breakthrough of the analysis, from the perspective of standard of behavior, hoping to be an inspiration to the construction of senior high school students＇ standard of be- havior.
