摘要
在对 2 8 0 0 0吨多用途货船上的 2× 35吨大型双克令吊起重柱基座进行设计的过程中 ,用三维有限元强度分析计算方法进行了多种方案的比较 ,最后确立了满足总体布置和结构强度要求且施工方便的最佳设计 ,指出运用三维有限元进行强度分析计算是提高船舶的整体性能的强有力的工具。
The 2×35 ton double heavy crane derrick post seat of 28000 dwt multipurpose cargo vessel was specially designed by means of 3D FEM method in order to optimize various kinds of plans. Finally the optimum design is established to meet the requirement of general arrangement and structural strength and to be easy for construction. It is pointed out that there is a great potential for improving and optimizing the ship design by using 3D method.
