高校学生干部队伍建设管理模式研究

Research on the Management Mode for the Team Building of University Student Leaders

以学生干部、高校、社会环境为视角,系统性、全局性地分析高校学生干部队伍建设中主要存在的选拔与培养、评价与激励、工作与学习、继承与创新等诸多关系,尝试构建了高校学生干部队伍建设工作管理模式图,对于加强高校学生干部队伍建设及提高学生工作科学化管理水平具有现实意义与应用价值。

From the perspective of student leaders, universities, and social environment, this paper systematically and compre- hensively analyzes the main relations in the team building of stu- dent leaders, including selection and training, evaluation and motivation, work and learning, inheritance and innovation, and so on. It tries to construct a management mode diagram for the team building of university student leaders, which is of realistic signifi- cance and application value for strengthening the team building of student leaders and improving the scientific management level of student work.
