我院在 1997年 6月实行住房分配货币化改革 ,是船舶系统率先推行房改单位之一。经过三年的实践 ,改革达到了预期的目的 ,取得较好的成效。本文介绍了货币化分房的必要性和基本做法以及取得的成效和体会。

Since June 1997 the SDARI started to reform the system of allotting dwelling houses by welfare. The Institute is one of the leading companies in shipbuilding industry to carry out the reform of allotting houses by currency. Now the reform has attained anticipated goal.
