紫杉醇诱导的系统性硬化症一例
摘要
一例乳腺癌术后患者，使用表柔比星和紫杉醇化疗10个月后出现皮肤硬化改变，受累皮肤范同符合弥漫型系统性硬化症的特征，经过系统评估未发现内脏器官受累的证据。紫杉烷诱导发生硬皮病比较常见，多数患者自身抗体阴性，无内脏器官受累。
