摘要
E-Science学术环境的出现对高校图书馆的存续价值、馆员的素质能力提出了新的挑战,其需要以团队的形式弥补馆员个体能力的差异。与此同时,图书馆服务的学科属性以及图书馆员的专业归属和职业发展,给图书馆的团队建设提供了共生竞争的可能。高校图书馆共生竞争型组织结构模型可以使馆领导之间形成平等的竞争关系,促进图书馆业务的发展;使同一专题文献信息在部门内自由流动,实现共享;使图书馆各类人才之间互相依赖,互利发展;使"学科服务部"这一组织模式与高校图书馆"总馆+专业分馆"的体系无缝衔接。
The appearance of the academic environment of E-Science has put forward new challenges to the existence and continual value of university libraries and quality abilities of librarians, it needs to make up for the difference of individual abilities of librarians by the form of teams. At the same time, subject attributes of library services and the professional ownership and development of librarians have provided possibilities of the symbiotic competition. The symbiotic competitive organization structure model of university libraries could make form the equal competitive relationship among library leaders, promote the development of library businesses; make the information in a same discipline flow freely among departments and share; make all kinds of talents rely on each other and develop with mutual benefits; make the organization mode of the "subject service department" connect with the "central library+specialized branch library" system of university libraries seamlessly.
