不同结构DTC用于重金属废水处理试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 分别以链形二胺和环形二胺为原料合成了2种不同结构的DTC(二硫代氨基甲酸盐)DTC-1和DTC-2,采用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并用于废水中Cu2+,Ni 2+,Zn2+,Cr3+重金属离子或络合态重金属离子的去除.研究结果表明,原料中胺的结构对捕集效果的影响较大,DTC-1捕集重金属的能力顺序为Cu2+>Ni 2+>Cr3+>Zn2+,对Zn2+几乎没有去除效果,而DTC-2捕集4种重金属的能力顺序为Cu2+>Ni 2+>Zn2+>Cr3+,对常见的4种游离态的重金属离子均有理想的捕集效果;DTC-1和DTC-2也均能捕集络合态重金属离子,但捕集剂的投加量稍有增加.通过对实际含铜废水的处理,两者均能将实际含铜废水处理到达标,且处理成本相差不大,均有较好的市场应用前景. A linear diamine and an annular diamine are used to synthesize two DTC compounds (DTC-1 and DTC-2) in the same condition. Products are both characterized by IR, then they are used to remove Cu2+ ,Ni2+ ,Zn2+ ,Cr3+ and integrated copper and nickel respectively. The results show structure of amine makes effect on the heavy metal trapping effect.- DTC 1 traps heavy metals in the order: Cu2+ 〉Ni2+ 〉Cr3+ 〉Zn2+ and cannot remove zinc effective- ly under the condition of this study. While DTC-2 traps heavy metals in the order: Cu2+ 〉Ni2+ 〉Zn2+ 〉Cr3+ and displays a good trapping effect towards all the four common heavy metals; DTC-1 and DTC-2 can also remove inte- grated copper and nickel. Finally, DTC-1 and DTC-2 are used to remove copper in actual industrial wastewater. Both of them can remove copper to meet national standard. The cost is almost the same and both of them have a good market prospect.
