受自然地理、文化宗教和经济社会发展等因素的影响,藏区的移民安置环境相对内地有显著的区别。中国华电集团公司在藏区承担了金沙江上游川藏段、雅江中游巴玉、大古等大型水电项目和木里河、水洛河、俄日河等中小流域水能资源的开发。为有效破解藏区水电工程移民安置中的难题,华电集团有关下属公司通过对藏区水电工程移民安置工作的实践与探索,稳妥有序地推动了藏区水电项目的移民工作,取得了较好的效果。

Affected by nature and geography, culture and religion and socio-economic development, the resettlement of hydropower projects in Tibetan Ethnic Areas has significant difference with in other areas. China Huadian Corporation is responsible for the hydropower development in Sichuan-Tibet reaches of upstream Jinsha River, Bayu and Dagu hydropower stations in middle reaches of Yajiang River and the hydropower development in Muli River, Shuiluo River and Eri River. For effectively solving the problems of hydropower resettlement in Tibetan Ethnic Areas, the subsidiaries of Huadian Corporation carry out active practice and exploration on hydropower resettlement which has promoted the hydropower resettlement to be reliably and orderly advanced in Tibetan Ethnic Areas and achieved good effect.
