Self-made Screen Module Test Instrument

液晶电视整机生产,导入BMS组装工艺后,需要增加屏模组通电性能测试工序,所需LVDS信号源和背光驱动电源,如外购专用仪表,需要投入大量资金,而且由于生产机型多,不同尺寸屏LVDS参数不同,背光供电电压电流差异很大,市面上没有现成通用仪表,针对此需求,设计了一种通用测试工装,该设计已成功应用在BMS流水线生产中。

In the LCD TV manufacturing, after importing in BMS assembly technics, it requires to add performance test process for Panel Module. Therefore it needs to input the LVDS signals ＆ backlight driver＇s power. Purchasing the special instruments from suppliers, it will need to invest much of money. Furthermore, due to many TV models are under producing, different inches of Panels have different parameter. The backlight dirver＇s voltage ＆ current is quite different,there is no common instrument in the market. To meet the requirement, a kind of general test tool is designed in this paper, which has been applied in BMS line successfully.
