As libraries nowadays take mobile phones as a new way to provide services, more and more traditional libraries are experiencing many novel approaches to fulfill their traditional mission through mobile phones. Cloud computing technologies are applied to overcome the bottlenecks of mobile phone as a library service terminal,which has become thebest partner of mobile library,The mobile cloud computing concept and its meaning are discussed and the mobile library service integration philosophy and frameworks under the cloud computing environment have been explored in this paper.
