摘要 为了解决锥形永磁轴承缺乏磁力解析模型问题,基于平面点磁荷的磁场和虚功原理,结合两块平行矩形截面永磁体及锥形永磁轴承结构特点,建立了锥形永磁轴承的磁力解析模型,用ANSYS仿真验证了该解析模型的正确性,分析了锥形永磁轴承悬浮磁力与其结构参数之间的关系。研究结果表明:锥形永磁轴承磁力与磁环的平均周长和磁环磁通密度的平方成正比,磁力随着磁环径向宽度的增大而增大,小尺寸范围内随磁环截面长度的增大而增大;轴向磁力随磁环锥角的增大而减小,随轴向偏移的增大而减小。该研究模型为锥形永磁轴承设计计算及其结构参数优化提供了技术支持。 To solve the problem about the lack of magnetic force analytic model for CPMB, based on the magnetic field of planar point magnetic charge and on the principle of virtual work, combining two parallel rectangular permanent magnets and the structural characteristics of CPMB,a magnetic force analytic model of CPMB was constructed. The correctness of the magnetic force analytic model was verified by ANSYS simulation, the relationship of CPMB magnetic force and its structural parameters were analyzed. The results indicate that the magnetic force of CPMB is proportional to the average perimeter magnetic ring and the square of residual magnetism induction density, and that the magnetic force increases with an increment in the magnetic annular radial width and sectional length; the axial magnetic force of CPMB increases with decreasing in the conical angle, and with decreasing in the axial offset. The paper provides technical support for CPMB design calculation and optimization of structural parameters.
