摘要 以脱硫石膏和氟石膏为主要原料,开发高强度低能耗石膏复合胶凝材料;通过对脱硫石膏、氟石膏、矿渣粉及外掺激发剂配合比的试验研究,确定石膏复合胶凝材料配比及养护条件。结果表明,按照脱硫石膏40%、氟石膏40%、矿渣粉20%、生石灰2%(外掺)配比制备的石膏复合胶凝材料在标准养护条件下,其28 d抗压强度可达到35.3 MPa。 Using desulphurization gypsum and fluorogypsum as main raw materials,gypsum-based cementing composite of high strength and low energy consumption was developed. Mix ratio and the curing condition of the gypsum-based cementing composite were determined by lots of tests on the proportional ratio of desulphurization gypsum, fluorogypsum, slag powder and the additive excitation agent. The results showed that the 28 d compressive strength of the gypsum-based cementing composite prepared with the mix ratio of 40% desulphurization gypsum,40% fluorgypsum, 20% slag powder, 2% lime(additive) under standard curing condition could reach 35.3 MPa.
