锂蒙脱石对干混砂浆性能的影响及其作用机理 被引量:1

摘要 在干混砂浆中加入流变助剂可以改善其稠度、保水性及和易性。对锂蒙脱石、砂浆王和羟丙基甲基纤维素等流变助剂改性的不同干混砂浆进行了综合性能试验,比较了锂蒙脱石在各干混砂浆中的应用特性,并探讨了锂蒙脱石对砂浆的增稠、保水和流变机理。试验结果表明,锂蒙脱石是一种高效的矿质流变助剂,能有效改善干混砂浆的工作性、保水性和抗分层性,抗渗能力突出,但稠度经时损失稍大,存在经时泌水现象。 Dry mixed mortar added rheological additives can improve the consistency,water retention and workability. Based on rheological additive of Li-montmorillonite, mortar admixture and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose modification of different dry mor-tar,the comprehensive properties of the test,compared with Li-montmorillonite in the dry mortar application characteristics, and to explore the Li-montmorillonite on mortar thickening,water retention and rheology mechanism. The test results show that,Li-mont-morillonite is a kind of high efficient mineral rheological additives,can effectively improve the dry mixed mortar workability, water retention and segregation capability,stronger impervious capacity, but the consistency of the loss with time is poorer, there is bleeding with time.
