摘要
针对战略联盟型供应链市场的实际情况,考虑到供应链上各个环节中的不确定因素这一复杂情况,本文首先采取分解—协调的方案求解策略将供应链系统进行优化,重点对供应商选择成本与供应链设施决策成本进行分解分析,通过成本作业法将这两个问题整合协调起来。然后建立起供应链网络设计鲁棒模型,利用随机模拟法和粒子群算法结合组成求解鲁棒模型最优解的混合智能算法,并用实例说明模型和算法的可行性与有效性。
In this paper, according to the actual situation in the strategic alliance of supply chain market, considering the complexity of the various links in the supply chain of uncertain factors, this paper first adopts a decomposition- coordination solution strategy to optimize the supply chain system, analyzes supplier selection cost and decision cost of supply chain establishment and then integrates both of them by means of activity - based costing method. In addition, it establishes the robust model of supply chain network design, applies stochastic simulation method and the particle swarm algorithm to find the optimal hybrid intelligent algorithm for the robust model, and illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and the algorithm.
