摘要
根据国家标准工业无水氟化氢中氟硅酸的测定方法,结合日常测量结果,对无水氟化氢中氟硅酸的测定结果不确定度进行了评估。根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059—1999)中有关规定,建立了不确定度评定的数学模型,讨论了影响评价结果不确定的几个主要误差来源,包括天平误差、分光光度计标准曲线误差、测量重复性等的影响。通过计算各不确定度分量,经合成得出扩展不确定度。并根据不确定度的评定结果,得出测量重复性是对不确定度影响最大的因素。
According to the national standard method for determination of fluosilicic acid in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, combined with daily measurement results,uncertainty of determination results of fluosilicic acid in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride was evaluated.According to the relevant provisions of Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JJF1059-1999) ,the mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established,and several major error sources, including the balance error, speetrophotometer's standard curve error,and measurement repeatability of uncertainty etc., were discussed.By calculating the component uncertainties,the expanded uncertainty was obtained by composing.In accordance with assessment results, it was found that measurement repeatability was the major influencing factor for the uncertainty.
