广州市基层医务人员基本药物制度知信行调查

Surveying the knowledge,attitude and practice on National Essential Drug System of grassroots medical professionals in Guangzhou

目标:了解广州市社区医务人员对国家基本药物制度的认知、态度和行为,探讨其相关因素。方法:采用自制问卷,多阶段分层随机抽样方法抽取广州市145家基层医疗机构共1428名医务人员。结果:社区医务人员基本药物知晓率总体偏高,24.5%的医务人员非常熟悉,60.5%表示比较熟悉。医务人员对基本药物制度的平均认同度得分为20.95±4.92分,通过组间比较分析,不同教育程度、技术职称、专业类别、认知程度和收入状况人群的得分差异有统计学意义(均有P<0.05)。对医务人员行为进行logistic回归分析,结果显示基本药物制度培训次数多、认知程度高、收入上升和年长是医务人员宣传行为的促进因素。结论:建议进一步加强基本药物制度宣传和培训工作并完善社区医疗机构医务人员的薪酬机制,提高医务人员工作积极性,尤其是临床医生。

Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice on National Essential Drug System of grass-roots medical professionals in Guangzhou. Methods 1428 cases of medical professionals were chosen from 145 community health service institutions in Guangzhou with multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling and surveyed with self-made questionnaire. Results The medical professionals had higher awareness rate of National Essential Drug System, in which 60.5% were quite familiar with it. Their average score of recognition was 20.95 ±4.92. There had significant differences among different education background, professional title, specialty, knowledge and income （P 〈0.05）. Logistic regression analysis showed that factors of training time, knowledge, income and age can promote the medical professionals＇ practice. Conclusion It is important to further strengthen pub-licity and training of national essential drug policies and improve payment system.
