基于内容分析法的临床药师药学干预实证研究

Empirical research on pharmaceutical intervention by clinical pharmacists based on content analysis

目的:分析当前我国临床药师成功实施的药学干预的核心要素和典型特征。方法:运用内容分析法对CNKI收载的反映临床药师参与疾病治疗工作的病例文献信息进行摘录、归类与分析。结果:临床药师成功干预的病种主要为循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病等,建议更换药物、终止某种药物的使用和增加临床检查项目是主要的干预类型,干预原因以预防药物不良反应和改善药物疗效为主,抗生素在干预所涉及的病例中出现的频次最高。结论:临床药师实施的药学干预促进了药物治疗的安全性和有效性,但是在提高药物治疗的经济性方面尚未发挥足够的作用,建议临床药师应加强关注用药状况复杂的特殊人群,在抗生素临床应用管理过程中发挥作用,并逐步开展对临床用药经济性的药学干预。

Objective To analyze the key elements and typical characteristics of successful pharmaceutical interventions by clinical pharmacists. Methods All the literatures of eases in which the clinical pharmacists participating in treatment were abstract-ed from the database of CNKI and analyzed with content analysis. Results The main diseases which were successfully intervened by clinical pharmacists were circulatory diseases and respiratory diseases. The main intervention types were suggestions on re-placement or withdrawal of drugs and the addition of medical examination. The cause of interventions mainly included preventing adverse drug effects and improving outcomes. And the most frequent drugs were antibiotics. Conclusion The pharmaceutical inter- ventions by clinical pharmacists could improve the safety and efficacy of pharmacotherapy. However, its role in optimizing the e- conomy of pharmacotherapy should be further improved. It was suggested that clinical pharmacists to strengthen interventions on the special populations ,play an important role in the management of antibiotics and carry out pharmaceutical interventions on the economy of pharmacotherapy step by step.
