摘要
目的:为满足卫生监督机构改革和发展对应用性复合型人才的需求,构建新时期适应卫生监督人员培养的岗位胜任力模型;方法:采用文献法和访谈法收集卫生监督人员岗位胜任力条目并编制成问卷进行问卷调查,运用SPSS17.0统计软件,应用因子分析法对数据进行统计分析;结果:卫生监督人员胜任力模型包括:个人特质,卫生监督专业知识与技能,卫生监督辅助知识,影响力,有效沟通,职业发展能力6大胜任特征群及33项胜任要素;结论:所构建的卫生监督人员胜任力模型适应了新时期我国对卫生监督人才培养的需要,具有较高的科学性和可操作性,为进一步加强卫生监督专业人才的培养、选拔及考核提供了重要参考价值。
Objective To meet the demand of versatile talents from the reform and development of health supervision, and de-velop a competency model of health supervisor. Methods Literature and interview analysis were used to make the questionnaire of competency of health supervisor. Data was analyzed with factor analysis. Results The competency model of health supervisor cov- ered six aspects of individual characteristics, knowledge and skills of health supervision, assistant knowledge, influence, effective communication and professional development, and 33 factors. Conclusion This competency model of health supervisor was scientif-ic and maneuverable,which can meet the requirement of health supervision in the new era.
