重庆市卫生资源优先级配置态度调查:优先项目与决策标准

Surveying the attitudes toward health resource priority allocation in Chongqing in view of priority projects and prioritize criteria

目的:了解重庆市卫生局行政人员对重庆市卫生资源优先级配置的优先项目和优先决策标准的态度。方法:采用问卷调查,对89位重庆市卫生局公务员展开调查。结果:摸清省级卫生行政机关行政人员决策偏好,包括卫生资源优先项目的优先程度顺位及决策标准的重要程度顺位。结论:省级卫生厅的管理人员对公共卫生项目的优先度和重视程度较高,对上级机关决策依从性较强,开展卫生资源配置能充分结合本地的实际情况。

Objective To investigate the attitude of administrative staffs from Chongqing Health Bureau towards health re-source priority allocation in Chongqing. Methods 89 cases of civil servants in Chongqing Municipal Health Bureau were surveyed with questionnaire. Results The preferences of decision-making of administrative staffs in provincial health administration were ob- tained, including the priorities of projects of health resource and importance of decision criteria. Conclusion Administrative staffs in provincial health administration attach more importance to public health projects, who have strong compliance with decision- making authority, and fully consider the local situation while carrying out health resources allocation.
