居家治疗肺结核患者心理健康状况及影响因素分析

Analyzing the status of mental health of tuberculosis patients undergone domiciliary chemotherapy and its influence factors

目的:了解居家治疗肺结核患者心理健康状况及影响因素。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取样本,利用自制调查表和Kessler10量表获取数据信息,并用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果:参与调查的722例居家治疗肺结核患者中,心理健康状况差者243人,占33.66%;心理健康状况好的479人,占66.34%。影响心理健康状况的主要因素为性别、经济状况、生活满意度、病情严重程度(P<0.05)。结论:居家治疗肺结核患者心理健康状况不容乐观,应加强心理指导与关怀。

Objective To study the status of mental health of tuberculosis patients undergone domiciliary chemotherapy and its influence factors. Methods Sample was chosen by stratified cluster randomly sampling method. Data was collected by self-made questionnaire and Kessler Psychological Distress Scale （K10）, and statistically analyzed with software of SPSS13.0. Results For the 722 cases of tuberculosis patients undergone domiciliary chemotherapy,243 （33.66 % of them） had bad mental health, and 479 （66.34%） had good mental health. Its main influencing factors were gender, economic condition, life satisfaction and diseases （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The mental health status of tuberculosis patients undergone domiciliary chemotherapy is poor, which needs to be improved by strengthening psychological counseling and care.
