昆明市社区高血压患者相关知识与影响因素分析

The Analysis of Hypertension-related Knowledge and Influencing Factors Among Hypertensive patients in A Community of Kunming City

目的:了解昆明市社区高血压患者相关知识的知晓情况及其影响因素,为社区高血压的控制工作提供参考依据。方法:随机选择昆明市某社区,对社区健康档案登记入册的高血压患者进行问卷调查,采用Epidata3.1软件对数据进行录入和整理,SPSS软件进行χ2和Logistic分析。结果:研究对象均来自城镇化发展的社区,多数高血压患者正在进行高血压的治疗,但血压控制率仅为33.6%,高血压知识及格率为36.4%,主要影响因素为文化程度和经济收入。结论:该社区高血压患者主要以老年人为主,高血压相关知识知晓情况并不理想,为有效控制患者的血压,社区卫生服务中心医务人员需要考虑文化程度低和经济收入低的群众,采用可及和多样的方式开展健康教育工作,促进高血压患者知晓更多的知识,从而更重视高血压疾病。

Objective The purpose of the study was to understand the hypertension-related knowledge and to analyze the in- fluencing factors among hypertensive patients in a Kunming community in order to promote the patients understand more knowl-edge and effectively control blood pressure. Methods A self＇administered questionnaire was conducted among hypertensive patients base on the health records at the health service center selected randomly. The characteristics of the hypertensive patients and the predictors of participation were analyzed by chi-square test and by logistic regression. Results Data for this study was obtained from a community health service cross-sectional survey in an urbanization community. The majority of subjects were in the treat- ment of hypertension, but 33.6% of them had normal blood pressure. The rate of exactly understanding the knowledge related hy- pertension was 36.4%. Educational level and economic income are the main influence factors for the pass rate. Conclusion The majority of patients with hypertension in the community were the elderly. Their hypertension-related knowledge was not enough. The medical staff in community health service center should raise patients＇ awareness and put more efforts on health education in the future work. For patients with low education, the doctors in community should apply simple and easy ways to consulting. And for the patients with low economic level, available and diverse ways should be imolemented in community health education work.
