摘要 随着风电技术的快速发展,大规模风电场接入给传统的电力系统经济调度带来了新的问题和挑战。目前大部分含风电场的动态经济调度研究都未计及风电不确定性带来的成本。为此,提出一种计及风电随机、波动性的风电场发电成本模型,并将其引入到传统的电力系统动态经济调度模型中。首先引入冲激函数概念,考虑尾流效应后将风速的概率分布转化为风电场有功出力的概率解析模型;在此基础上,从系统旋转备用调度和地区环境效益角度出发推导出风电的成本函数,并以目标函数方式引入到传统的动态经济调度模型中。应用一种新颖的布谷鸟搜索算法对所提模型进行求解。最后,以经典10机系统为算例进行仿真研究,结果验证了所提模型及算法的正确性和有效性。 With rapid development in the technologies of wind power, the large-scale wind farm integration has brought new issues and challenges to the traditional economic dispatch of power systems. The corresponding cost caused by the uncertainty and volatility of wind speed is negligible in most existing researches on the dynamic economic dispatch incorporating wind power. In this paper, a generating cost model of wind farm with consideration of wind power stochastic characteristics and volatility was proposed and introduced into the traditional dynamic economic dispatch model. Firstly, by introducing the impulse function concept, the probabilistic distribution model of wind speed was transformed to probabilistic analytical model of wind farm power output with wake effect taken into account. On the basis of the proposed model, a generating cost model of wind farm was derived from the viewpoints of system reserve capacity dispatching and local environmental benefits, and integrated into the traditional dynamic economic dispatch model as a part of objective function. A novel cuckoo search optimization was employed to solve this problem. Finally, case studies were carried out on the classic 10-unit test system as benchmark, and the simulation results demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
