柴胡口服液对高温环境下肉鸡生理生化指标和生产性能的影响 被引量:3

Research about Effect of Bupleurum Oral Liquid on Physiological, Biochemical Indexes and Production Performance of Broiler in High Temperature Environment

摘要 本试验旨在考察柴胡口服液对高温环境下肉鸡生理生化指标和生产性能改善作用的有效性。将360只21日龄AA肉鸡随机分为6组,每组60只,分别为正常对照组,高温对照组,阳性药物组,柴胡口服液高、中、低剂量组。正常对照组和高温对照组给予基础日粮,阳性药物组在1 kg饲料中添加10 g的解暑抗热散,柴胡口服液高、中、低剂量组,分别在每100 kg饮水中添加200、100、50 mL的柴胡口服液,周期为7 d。试验过程中观察每组肉鸡的外观表现,测定每组肉鸡的体温变化,试验结束后测定每组肉鸡的激素水平和免疫器官指数。结果表明:服用柴胡口服液后,肉鸡外观表现有明显的改善,不同剂量的柴胡口服液试验组与高温对照组相比,体温均有显著降低(P<0.05),并且柴胡口服液对高温环境下肉鸡的激素分泌和免疫器官指数具有一定程度的改善,能显著提高肉鸡的生产性能。 The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of Bupleurum Oral Liquid on physiological indexes, biochemical indexes and production performance of broilers in high temperature environment, and to determine the best recommended dosage in clinical use. Three hundred and sixty chickens of 21-day-old AA broilers were divided into six groups randomly: blank control group, model group, positive drug group, high dosage, medium dosage and low dosage of Bupleurum Oral liquid groups, sixty in each group. Blank control group and model group were feed with basic diet; positive drug group were feed with JieShuKangResan (lOg:lkgfeed); high dosage (200ml:1 00kgwater), medium dosage (100ml:100kg water) and low dosage (50ml:10Okg water) groups were feed with Bupleurum oral Solution for 7 days. Observe the appearance of broilers, record the temperature changes during the experiment. In addition, determine the hormone levels and immune organ indexes at the end of experiment. Conclusion: broilers performance have been improved significantly after taking Bupleurum Oral Solution, three different dosages of Bupleurum Oral Solution can lower the temperature significantly compared with model group(P〈0.05). To some extent, Bupleurum Oral Solution can also improve the hormone levels and immune organs indexes. Moreover, it can also improve production performance of broilers significantly in high temperature environment.
