新开孵化器孵化温度研究

Study on the Incubation Temperature of the Incubator for New Use

摘要 通过对新开孵化器前期(1~9d)高温(38.2℃)孵化与正常温度(38.1℃)孵化的孵化效果进行对比分析,找出适用于新开孵化器种蛋孵化的孵化温度,保证新开孵化器种蛋孵化生产指标稳定。试验选用“京红1号”同日龄种蛋120960枚,分4批入孵,每批分为2组。对照组采用正常温度孵化,试验组采用前期高温孵化。分析试验组与对照组的孵化率、健母雏率、残母雏率等指标发现,对照组孵化率显著高于试验组(P〈0.05);对照组健母雏率高于试验组,残母雏率低于试验组,但差异均不显著(P〉0.05)。结果表明,新开孵化器种蛋孵化时,采用正常温度孵化,孵化效果优于前期高温孵化。 Through comparing the incubation effect of the early (1-9 days) high temperature (38.2℃) incubation with the normal temperature (38.1℃) incubation, the article was aimed to find out a better incubation temperature of the incubator for new use, to ensure the incubation production targets of the new-use incubator steady. The experimental chose 120960 same day-age Beijing Red No.1 eggs, which were hatched in 4 batches, and each batch was divided into 2 groups. The control group made use of normal temperature incubation, and the experimental group used early higher than that of the experimental group(P〈0.05); the healthy female chick rate of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group, and the unqualified female chick rate of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group (P〉0.05), but both of them were not significant. The results showed that, the incubation effect of the normal temperature was better than that of the high temperature to the incubation of the new-use incubator.
