摘要
根据滤清器外壳的外观要求与结构特性,设计了该塑件的侧抽芯注塑模。模具采用三板式结构,一模一腔侧浇口进料的浇注形式。为实现多方位抽芯,外侧抽芯采用定模滑块和动模滑块侧向抽芯机构,内壁抽芯采用斜顶机构。采用动、定模均匀布局冷却管道的方式,确保模具的冷却效果。实践证明,该模具生产效果良好,对企业设计同类注塑模具有一定的指导意义。
According to the appearance and structure characteristics of filter cover, the side-core pulling injection mold for the plastic part was designed, which adopted with pouring form of three-plate mold base and one module one cavity. In order to achieve multiple direction core pulling, the inclined slider lateral pulling mechanism and inclined lifting pulling mechanism were used in the lateral and the inside position, and the lifter rod and head were used to form the structure of inner wall. Evenly cooling device was provided in both fixed half and movable half to ensure the mold cooling effect. Practice has proved, the mold production effect is good, which has the certain guiding significance for the design of similar injection mold.
