我国区域规模经济效应的空间测度——基于DURBIN空间面板计量经济模型

Spatial Theoretical Measure and Empirical Research on the Effect of China's Regional Economies of Scale——Based on DURBIN Spatial Panel Economics Model

随着区域分工的逐步形成和不断深化,资源要素和经济活动在区域分工的作用下加速向特定区域空间聚集。我国区域经济空间聚集主要集中在东部沿海地区和城市群经济区,显著的区域经济空间聚集并没有带来区域规模经济,区域资源要素空间溢出效应为负效应;区域资源要素区际竞争造成资源要素耗散,区域经济空间聚集回波效应大于辐射扩散效应,区域资源要素边际生产率提升受阻是造成这一区域经济现象的主要原因。

Based on the current characteristics of the regional economic spatial aggregation, there makes a the- oretical measure and empirical research on china＇s regional economies of scale effect through the DURBIN spa- tial panel model. The Results show Claim＇s regional economic spatial aggregation mainly concentrates in the esstem coastal economic zones and city agglomemtiom economic zones, the significant spatial aggregation effect does not bring significant regional economies of scale, the regional resouw^s spatial spillover effect is negative, and the regional resources inter- district competition causes the regional resources dissipation, the backwash ef- fect of the regional spatial aggregation is greater than diffusion effect, the increase of the factor marginal produc- tivity of regional resources and factors subjects to various restrictiom are the important reasom caused such re- gional economic phenomenon.
