摘要
随着新工艺的不断引进和开发,以多晶硅生产还原厂房为例的有爆炸危险且同时要求洁净的甲、乙类危险洁净厂房越来越多地出现在了工程中。这类厂房不但在生产中要求保持较高的洁净度,而且为了防止二次污染送风必须直排。为了保障生产以及人员安全,同时兼顾节能环保,将置换通风方案引入到此类厂房中,并与几种常规的送/回风形式进行了比较,得出在此类厂房中置换通风是一种值得推荐的通风形式,同时提出了设计时应该注意的问题。
With the import and development of new technology, Class A and B hazardous clean plants with risk of explosion and clean requirement appear more and more in works, for example, the polysilicon production reduction plant. Such plant is not only to maintain a high degree of cleanliness in the production requirements, and the supply air must exhaust directlyin order to prevent secondary pollution. To ensure the production process and the safety of personnel, and considering the energy saving and environmental protection, applies the displacement ventilation and compares with several conventional supply and return air system, obtains that the displacement ventilation is a recommended ventilation form in such plant, and proposes some noticeable issues in design.
