关节腔药物注射联合针灸、中药熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎60例

Articular Cavity Injection Combined with Acupuncture and Herbal Fumigation in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis in 60 Cases

目的观察关节腔药物注射正清风痛宁和透明质酸钠,配合中医护理技术之针刺、艾灸、熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用正清风痛宁和透明质酸钠关节腔内注射,配合针刺,艾灸,熏洗治疗;对照组单纯采用正清风痛宁和透明质酸钠关节腔内注射,5 W为1疗程。结果痊愈率、总有效率治疗组分别为60.00%、98.30%;对照组分别为30.00%、50.00%,两组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论关节腔药物注射联合中医护理技术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果显著。

Objective to observe the effect of intra -articular injection of Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning （ZQFTN） and sodium hyaluronate, combined with clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture, moxibustion, traditional Chinese medicine nursing skills fumigation in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group with ZQFTN and sodium hyaluronate injection, acupuncture, moxibustion, fumigation treatment; the control group with simple ZQFTN and sodium hyaluronate injection, 5 W for 1 course. Results the cure rate, total effective rate of treatment group were 60 %, 98.3 % ; the control group were 30.00 %, 50. 00 %, compared the two groups, the differences were significant （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion articular cavity injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology for the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint have remarkable effect.
