慢性肺动脉高压形成分子机制的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 慢性肺高压形成过程中的肺血管构型重建限制了扩血管药物的疗效。剪切力、慢性炎症、慢性缺氧及血栓形成可能均参与了肺血管重建过程。而肺血管壁细胞成分的激活与增殖是其重要特征。本文就引起肺血管重建的细胞及分子机制及其防治策略作一综述。
