Causes for Building Engineering Leakage and Prevention Measures

在本文中,笔者结合我国房屋工程中常见的渗漏问题,初步确定了房屋工程中某些施工部位产生渗漏的原因,分别对具有代表性的房屋施工渗漏部位,比如屋面、墙体、楼板等的渗漏现象及原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的防治措施。

In this article, combined with the common housing engineering leakage problems, the causes for the leakage of certain parts are preliminarily determined. The causes for typical housing engineering leakage parts including roofing, wall and floor are analyzed and corresponding prevention measures are put forward.
