新生代员工的优点显示在职场中是对自身发展和成就的强烈渴望,而他们最为人们所知的缺点则是频繁的跳槽。文章借助员工发展理论,以民营企业新生代员工为研究对象,探讨员工发展情况以及人口统计学变量对其离职倾向的影响效应,希望能为民营企业在关注新生代员工职业成长、促进员工自我发展方面提供理论支持。
The advantage of the new generation staffs in work place is the strong desire for self-development and achievement, while the disadvantage that was known most by people is frequent job-hopping. This article using theoretical knowledge of staffs development, taking the new generation staffs for the study, exploring the impact of staff development and demographic variables on its turnover intention, hopes to provide the theoretical support for private enterprises in the concern of career growth and promote self-development of new generation staffs.
