The Causes of Job Burn-out of College Full-time Counselor and Adaptation Measures

高校专职辅导员是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,同时也是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,负有在思想、学习和生活等方面指导学生的职责,对学生的身心健康成长有着直接的影响。当前,职业倦怠已成为高校辅导员队伍中不容忽视的问题。本文探讨了辅导员职业倦怠的表现及成因,并在此基础上提出了消除辅导员职业倦怠的对策。

College full-time counselor is a important part of collage education, meantime it is the main power of political and ideological education in college, which shoulder the responsibility to guide the student in thinking, studying and living, and task on body and mind development of college student. In present, job bum-out has become a critical problem which can not be ignored among the group of the college counselor. This paper discuss the performance and causes of the job bum-out of college counselor, and on this basis put forward the measure to eliminate the counselor＇s lob burn-out.
