摘要
毕业顶岗实习是学生就业前非常重要的一个学习环节,学生的毕业顶岗实习效果直接影响着学生从业能力。由于学生顶岗实习受时间长、分布地域广、企业数量多、岗位复杂等诸多因素影响,导致顶岗实习存在着管理工作不容易到位、对学生评价不容易准确、以及缺乏必要的反馈等诸多问题。部分学生在顶岗实习阶段甚至处于"监控盲点"状态,根本得不到应有的管理与收获。因此,加强顶岗实习管理,建立合理的顶岗实习管理办法,具有解决学生实习实践、提升学生就业能力的双重意义。也是提高学生就业能力的重要保障。本文结合我院学生毕业顶岗实习实际情况,从建立合理的学生顶岗期间管理办法入手进行研究,得出了较为完善的顶岗实习管理办法。
Graduation fieldwork is a very important learning stage before student employment, and directly influences the students" working ability. For Time extension, wide distribution, large number of enterprises, job complexity and other factors, fieldwork has many problems that management job is not easy to place, the evaluation for students is not easy accurate, and the lack of the necessary feedback. Some students even in the "monitoring blind spot" situation in the fieldwork stage, do not get proper management and harvest. Therefore, strengthening the fieldwork management, establishing reasonable management methods have double meaning for resolving studentsI fieldwork, enhance studentsI employability, as well as the an important guarantee for improving students" employability. Combined with the actual situation of our college students fieldwork, this article researches from establishing a reasonable management method during the students fieldwork to draw a more complete fieldwork management method.
