摘要
校企合作人才培养模式是一种以市场和社会需求为导向,以培养学生的全面素质、综合能力和就业竞争力为重点,利用学校和企业两种不同的教育环境与教育资源,由学校和企业双方共同参与人才培养过程的一种运行机制。本文从利益机制入手,对高职物业管理专业校企合作人才培养模式进行研究,分析了校企合作参与主体的利益诉求,并尝试性提出构建校企合作利益机制的路径。
University-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode is an operation mechanism that taking the demand-oriented of society and the market, emphasizing the development of students" overall quality, integrated capabilities and employment competitiveness, using two different educational environment and educational resources of university and enterprise, both university and enterprise participate in the personnel training process. This paper starts from the profit mechanism to research the university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode of vocational property management specialty, analyze the profit demands of participating subjects and tentatively put forward the path of building university-enterprise cooperation profit mechanism.
