摘要
It is one of the important fields so far to in vestigate the effects of hematopoietic stromal cell on hematopoietic reconstitut ion. There are six problems in this field: ①The classification, characteristi cs and origin of stromal cells; ②The mechanisms of constitution for stromal cel ls in marrow hematopoietic inductive microenvironment; ③The proliferation and d ifferentiation of hematopoietic cell are supported by stromal cell; ④The bone m arrow hematopoietic reconstitution by marrow stromal cells transplantation; ⑤Th e hematopoietic function effected by abnormal marrow stromal cells; ⑥Unconventi onality of bone marrow hematopoietic inductive microenvironment in states of som e diseases etc. The related different points of views and some problems in this field are also discussed.
