中药治疗干燥综合征用药特点探析

Research on Medication Feature of TCM in Treatment of Sjogren's Syndrome

目的:探讨中药治疗干燥综合征的用药特点。方法:采用计算机检索和人工检索相结合的方法,收集了近三十多年间中医治疗干燥综合征的相关文献,建立数据库,运用统计软件进行分析。结果:122篇符合要求的文献,共涉及中药206味,累计使用频次1978次;使用最多的药物为麦冬、生地、甘草、沙参、玄参等,累计使用54.33%;滋补阴血药、活血化瘀药、清热解毒药、利水渗湿药、清热泻火药等5类药物累计使用71.49%。结论:治疗干燥综合征用药以滋阴凉血、益气活血为主,兼顾泻火解毒、利湿通络。

Objective ：To investigate the medication feature of TCM in the treatment of Sjogren＇s Syndrome （SS）. Methods ： The literature for the treatment of SS in traditional Chinese medicine in nearly 30 years were retrieved by combining the computer search and the artificial retrieval methods to establish a database and were analyzed with statistical software. Results ：206 kinds of Chinese traditional herbs are included in 122 literatures,and used for 1978 times altogether. The high frequently - used Chinese traditional herbs are liriope, rehmanniae, liquorice, radix adenophorea, radix scrophulariae. The using frequency of 5 major kinds of Chinese traditional herbs （for nourishing yin and blood, promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, clearing heat and detoxifying, removing dampness by promoting diuresis, clearing heat and purging fire） accounts for 71.49%. Conclusion：The drugs are used a lot for nourishing yin and cooling blood, supplementing qi and activating blood circulation to treat SS, combined with methods of purging fire and detoxifying, removing dampness and dredging collaterals.
