Study on Determination of Particle Size in Radix Tetrastigmatis Micro-Powder

目的:建立三叶青微粉细胞破壁率的检测方法。方法:采用粒度比较法,将参考样品图片与试样图片进行比较,估计试样粉末的大致破壁程度。结果:三叶青粉末破壁率<50%,破壁程度属于4级(++++)。结论:细胞破壁率与粒径值具有相关性,可采用粒度半定量分析粉末的破壁程度。

Objective ： To establish the method of determining the particle size in Radix Tetrastigmatis micro - powder. Methods ： Samples were determined by comparison of particle size. The reference sample pictures and sample pictures were compared and the wall - breaking level in sample powder was estimated. Results ： The wall - breaking rate of power was less than 50%. The broken degree was level 4. Conclusion ： Wall - breaking rate and size values are relevant. The semi - quantitative analysis of particle size can be used to determine wall - breaking level.
