摘要 目的:优化芹菜素与镁的配位物的合成条件。方法:在单因素实验的基础上,选择反应介质、pH值和反应温度为因素,通过正交试验对芹菜素与醋酸镁络合反应的工艺参数进行优化,并进行结构鉴定。结果:优化的络合反应条件为pH值9.0,反应温度50℃,反应介质90%乙醇,产率为79.4%。紫外、红外和元素分析结果显示,芹菜素镁化合物已形成。结论:该工艺稳定可行,芹菜素镁产率较高。 Objective : To optimize the synthesis of apigenin - magnesium complex. Methods : Based on the results of sin- gle factor and selecting reaction medium,the pH value and reaction temperature for the factors, the synthesis process was employed combiningg with orthogonal design to optimize the conditions for making apigenim - magnesium complex. Re- sults : To optimal complex reaction was as follows : pH value was 9.0 ; reaction temperature was 50 ℃ ; reaction medium was 90% ethanol ;the complex was 79.42%. Conclusion :The extraction process is stable and feasible.
