女性黄褐斑与皮肤生理功能测试相关指标的相关性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:总结分析女性黄褐斑与皮肤生理功能测试相关指标的关系,为治疗与中医辨证提供一种客观参考依据。方法:从女性黄褐斑初诊患者中,筛选出符合黄褐斑主要中医证型辨证分型标准的患者90例,对每例患者采用无创伤性皮肤生理功能测试仪检测皮损部位及非皮损部位的油脂量、含水量、经皮水分丢失(TEWL)、黑色素量及血红蛋白量,分析皮损部位与非皮损部位各指标的差异,并分析女性黄褐斑主要中医证型与皮损部位各指标的关系。结果:90例女性黄褐斑患者,皮损部位与非皮损部位各指标相比较,油脂量及血红蛋白量无统计学差异(P>0.05),含水量显著降低(P<0.05),TEWL及黑色素量显著增高(P<0.05);各主要中医证型皮损部位各指标相比较,肾阴不足型含水量显著低于脾虚湿阻型、肝气郁结型(P<0.05),TEWL、黑色素量显著高于脾虚湿阻型、肝气郁结型(P<0.05)。结论:女性黄褐斑患者皮损部位皮肤屏障功能受损,肾阴不足型最为显著。 Objective:To analyze the correlation between the female malasma and the relevant indexes of skin physiologic function test, and to provide an objective reference for treatment and TCM syndrome differentiation in female patients with melasma. Methods : According to the TCM syndrome differentiation standard, a total of 90 cases were selected for the skin physiologic function test of the melasma lesions and non - lesions from newly diagnosed melasma female patients. The correlation between the relevant indexes of skin physiologic function test of the melasma lesions and non - lesions, the main syndrome patterns of TCM and the relevant indexes of melasma lesions were analyzed. Results : Depending on the test of skin physiologic function, the value of oil and fat and haemoglobin in melasma lesions had no difference compared with non - lesions ( P 〉 0.05 ), but the value of skin moisture in melasma lesions had a significant decrease compared with non - lesions (P 〈 0.05). The value of transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and melamin had a clear increase (P 〈 0. 05 ). Through analyzing the relevant indexes of melasma lesions of the main syndrome patterns of TCM, the value of skin moisture in syndrome of kidney yin deficiency was significantly lower than that of patients of syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp obstruction and syndrome of liver qi stagnation ( P 〈 0.05 ), On the contrary, the value of TEWL and melamin in syndrome of kidney yin deficiency was statistically higher than that in the other two patterns (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions : The skin barrier function of melasma lesions of female melasma patients is impaired and syndrome of kidney yin deficiency is specially significant.
