摘要 崔云教授从事男科疾病临床和科研工作30余载,擅长治疗各种男科疾病,对男性免疫性不育症的诊治积累了丰富的经验。对崔云教授治疗男性免疫性不育症的经验进行了初步总结:强调"治病必求其因";在疾病诊断上,重视微观辨证;病机上尤其注重湿、瘀,认为气血失和、湿瘀互结为本病的病机核心。应提高"瘀、湿"在本病演变中重要地位的认识;治疗上以疏通为第一要义;灵活运用名方、经方,一方为主辨证化裁;尊古而不拘于古,创新使用自拟方,临证运用灵活又有特色;全局考虑,运筹帷幄。 Professor CUI Yun has engaged in male diseases'clinical research over more than 30 years. He is good at treating all kinds of andrological diseases and has accumulated a wealth of experience on the diagnosis and treatment of male immune infertility, and the formation of a complete theoretical system. The article carries out a preliminary summary on the treatment of male immune infertility:professor CUI has always stressed knowing well of the root cause before the treatment. For the diagnosis, the microcosmic differentiation has been paid much attention to. As to the pathogenesis, dampness and blood - stasis have been paid much attention to. He considers that qi - blood disharmony is the core of the pathogenesis. Professor CUI has stressed several times that the understanding of the importance of dampness and blood - stasis should be raised during the evolution of this disease, Dredging should be the first consideration, and flexibly using the famous prescription is essential. Overall consideration should be regarded as the fundamental approach.
