摘要
目的:采用判别分析法利用脂类化学成分的不同来鉴别羚羊角及其混伪品。方法:溶剂法提取脂类成分,经甲酯化,采用气相色谱法分离,归一化法计算相对百分含量,并进行判别分析。结果:采用气相色谱法在选定的色谱条件下,对羚羊角及其混伪品进行判别分析,判别符合率100%,可区分羚羊角及其混伪品。结论:可利用判别分析法鉴别羚羊角及其混伪品。
Objective ：To identify Saigae Ataricae cornu and its adulterants by using different lipids in the chemical composition. Methods：The lipids were extracted by solvent method and then esterified and identified by capillary gas chromatography - computer technique. Results ： Using above optimal chromatography conditions, the GC chromatography of relative medicinal materials was established. Discriminant method using the system can be divided into corner of Saigae Ataricae cornu and other two classes. The determined compliance rate was 100%. Conclusion：Discriminant analysis can be used to identify Saigae Ataricae Cornu and its aduherants.
