针刺配合语言训练疗法对脑梗塞运动性失语的效果分析

Analysis on Effectiveness of Broca Aphasia from Infarction Treated by Acupuncture with Language Training

目的:观察分析针刺配合语言训练疗法对脑梗塞运动性失语的方法及临床效果。方法:选取66例脑梗塞运动性失语患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中观察组36例给予针刺配合语言训练疗法治疗,对照组30例给予单纯语言训练疗法康复,观察比较两组患者语言功能恢复复情况。结果:两组患者一般资料及治疗前ABC法评分各项差异无统计学意义,治疗后在流利性、信息量、复述、色命名、词命名、是否、听辨认、反应命、执行指令等方面有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用针刺配合语言训练疗法能够较好的改善脑梗塞运动性失语患者的语言能力恢复情况,方法简单,安全性高,患者生活质量显著提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ：To observe the effect of language training with acupuncture therapy on cerebral motor aphasia and its clinical results. Methods ：66 cases of cerebra/motor aphasia patients in this study were randomly divided into two groups. One group of 36 patients was given language training and acupuncture therapy and the control group of 30 patients only treated with language training and rehabilitation therapy. Language functional recovery in patients with complex conditions were observed and compared. Results：The genera/ information and ratings of the ABC method of the two groups＇ patients before treatment showed no significant difference. After treatment, fluency, informativeness, repeat, color naming, word naming, whether, listening to the identification,reaction order,executing instructions and so on had significant differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy and language training can improve language skills of cerebral infarction patients with motor aphasia recovery. It is simple and safe and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
