老年人糖尿病与骨质疏松关系的临床观察

A study on the relationship between old-aged diabetes and osteoprosis

目的 :探讨老年人糖尿病与骨质疏松的关系。方法 :应用双能 X线骨密度测量仪对 6 3例糖尿病患者及 46例正常对照组进行检测。结果 :糖尿病组骨质疏松发生率高于正常对照组 ,且随着糖尿病患者肾功能损害加重而发生率增高。结论

Objective To find out the relationship between old-aged diabetes and osteoporosis.Method Double energy X-ray bone mineral density was used to measure bone mineral desity in 63 cases of diabetes and 46 cases of normal control group.Results Rat of osteroprosis in the diabetes was higher than that in the control group,and the occurrence of osteoporosis was increased with renal damage in diabetes.Conclusion High blood glucose let it much more sever of osteoporosis.
